I get this error when I login to WHM:

The server was unable to lookup an an A entry for its hostname (best.resellersnest.com). This is generally because the entry was never added. However this could also be the result of your nameserver(s) being down. If you would like to attempt to automaticlly add the entry,

?!?

None of my domains are working, and I can't seem to fix this. I do the "Click Here" link and go through the steps and come up with yet another error:

IP=66.199.235.194 Bind reloading on best using rndc zone: [resellersnest.com] Error reloading bind on best: rndc: connection to remote host closed This may indicate that the remote server is using an older version of the command protocol, this host is not authorized to connect, or the key is invalid. Add Complete

?!?

Now a buddy of mine suggested I change everything back to the default, nameservers included. Is this a good/bad idea? Is there anything else I can do?

This is a common problem in cPanel, you'll find a solution pretty easily if you search the cPanel Support Forums.

Common solutions are running /scripts/fixndc in cPanel, TWICE and/or reinstalling bind through WHM.

What do you mean by "in cPanel"...? In WHM or SSH? Which directory would cpanel be under? Sorry, we recently upgraded from a reseller and it's my first time on a dedicated... and with SSH.

Login in to SSH and just type the command. You don't need to navigate to any directories. You will find details about your problem if you search on the cPanel forums.

While setting the nameservers and the host name it is also a good idea to check off bind in the Service Manager, and when ready, to check it back.
