Well, I like many others decided to purchase PHP Live! as a human click alternative yesterday. The install is painless and everything works as advertised, but there's one small problem. You can't have multiple users in one department. I've emailed them about this and they're saying that feature should be in the next release which is due out in a few days.

I've setup a totally open demo if anyone wants to give all areas a test before buying. I know this isn't secure, but it's only gonna be open until the new version is released.

I just post somewhere else I was looking for Human Click same software. I came to this and tried out the demo you had there. It's quite what I am looking for. How much are PHPLive charge me to get, and how may users can use?

Which version do you got? I visit site and see version 1.3 and 1.5 come out soon. Do you have 1.5?

They are actually already adding the multi user per department in the next update :)

I kept bugging them and they finally let in to my demands that its pretty rediculious to have Sales and Sales1

my other concern with them is that a user has to click on the button to see if their is anyone online, they are going to fix that too :)
