Hi, I looked at the (new) DUTCH language pack for PLESK, but the translation is so bad that I did not dare to install the pack.
I am wondering how SW-Soft did the translation because it is very poor and it is almost a crime to ask money for this language pack.

Did anybody looked into or installed the DUTCH language pack already and is interested to translate PLESK into normal good DUTCH.
We are forming a team to make a good DUTCH translation, because if we have to wait for a good translation from SW-Soft it will be 2006.

Thx in advance,

OK, so you think that : English: "allow multiply login" -> Dutch: "Multiple sessies toestaan"

een goede vertalling is? (a good translation is)
Furthermore there are a lot of inconsistanties like: licentie sleutel and licentiesleutel.

And what to think about weekday, they translate it to Weekdag? This should be day of the week (dag van de week) and the last thing I want to say is that in the Netherlands we use two letters to abbriviate the days of the week and not three like this:

'__day(s)' => "Dag(en)",
'__day0' => "Zon",
'__day1' => "Maa",
'__day2' => "Din",
'__day3' => "Woe",
'__day4' => "Don",
'__day5' => "Vrij",
'__day6' => "Zat",

These are few of the many "errors" and al together it is very poor, sorry I have to say this, but thats how it is!

thelinuxguy, as I said I offered to be the translator together with a team off DUTCH webhosters at WHT.nl. but apparently SW-Soft is not interested because we asked them several times to accept our help, but no response.

And yes we will be the translators, we do not have a choice, we cannot install a Dutch language pack and let our customers laugh at us, can we?
NexDog you hit the nail on his head, it is indeed double Dutch in this case ;)

Hi, I saw that SW-Soft is totally agreeing with me because the Dutch Language Pack is gone on the Download page. I suppose that they came to the same conclusion as we did.

Our offer still stands; if you need (good) DUTCH translators and testers please contact me!
