I apologize for my english. Three weeks ago my sites on Technohosts fell down. I discovered on Technohosts home page that my account was passed to Adehost. I tryed to send email to Technohosts but no answer came from their. For all these days Adehosts said me that Technohosts was working on the transfer of the account. At this moment - I repeat THREE WEEKS AFTER - I haven't my sites, I haven't info from technohosts, all their email address give me this:

I paid 99$ for a "corporate" account.:bawling:

What do you think? Is this a correct way to menage clients?

In your opinion, how long it takes to setup an account? 7 hours ago Mr Chris Gentile promised me to do it immediately. Until now, no news, no sites, no account.... Technohosts confirms his negative service!!:angry:

What I can't understand is why my new host Adehost can't setup my account on his server: am I his new client or not? Why have I to wait Technohosts again and forever?:mad:
Must I to re-upload my sites and all my files or not? Is it a totally new account or not? It drive me crazy...
Is it usual in US to menage customer in this way?

Most hosting companies do not manage their clients in this way. It is unfortunate you are having these problems. If it has been three weeks, maybe it is wise to cut your losses and move on to a new host.

That's just unacceptable!

Precise is right. Maybe it's time to your losses and move on?

I could unserstand if they gave you a good reason for this...but you've received no response? Again unacceptable. :rolleyes:

It would be good of them to simply give you this month free due to the problems with your site. It's just the right thing to do.

Can you please forward your email back to me as I seem to have not recieved it, and as such Icouldnt have your account setup on the new servers. Please get back to me soon

I sent my mail again. My id account was "fratelli", my domains was "fratellicornacchia.com" and "roccoderosa.com", my account was corporate one.
So you haven't excuse know ;)

4 hours ago I posted my account and sent it as reply to Technohosts. What about? Nothing, the old sad story: I haven't my account, I haven't my sites...

Please, I want my money back because I am so tired of your bad service (service? what service?). :angry:

You know he will send it right away, but you don't recieve it, and it takes you almost 24 hours to check this thread again?


I for one can see exactly where Technohosts had their problems.

As usual, nothing from Technohosts. At this moment, more than 24 hours after his message, my account isn't setup. This is Technohosts, baby...

Your account is setup on ADE. Please be patient as you just changed your dns yesterday.
