Hello,
I have been doing business with BVS for about 3 months and heres what it comes down to.

Reason Chosen:
I chose them because I heard that servermatrix support was shakey at times, and they had direct access to the NOC ,. Also it is dual layer support for no extra costs.

Support: 4/5
Support was decent. They have phone support that works ok, tickets are ok, reboots are shakey though. Sometimes they'll say rebooting and you'll hear nothing until 8 hours later when it is online to find out a network card burned out and they had to wait for their head tech to show up to call the noc to tell them to fix it. I guess it depends on who you talk to thru support. 24/7 btw

Prices: 3/5
Sometimes better than ServerMatrix's own pricing. Always some no-setup special avaliable. Other resellers have them beat though.

Flexibility: 4/5
They are pretty flexible as far as server setup goes. I wanted something from theplanet.com and via paypal, they did it for me for a small fee monthly to cover charges on their part.

Would I recommend them?
Yes, but tomsyer is putting them down with their cheaper pricing.
Tom: AMD 3000+ Barton 1024mb ram for 80/mo
BVS: AMD 3000+ Barton 1024mb ram for 105/mo

As far as anything else goes, there are hundreds of servermatrix reviews on their network.

the folks at bvs run a professional shop and their pricing reflects that. would you *really* want to buy from a reseller that is only making a couple dollars a month at $80?

BVS is a great host !! Good review! Tomsyer offers look good but they only make a buck or two there so would you really get 24/7 support or would they still be here in 1 year?

I am using BVS now as a shared hosting client and they have been great.

They have been good for the most part the 4 hour reboot kind of ticked me off the other day.
