I feel right to post something in their favour, although they are not perfect. But who is perfect?

1) months and months ago I bought 2 services by mistake and at a later stage when I thought it might have been a good idea to use them as I paid for them, I discovered that the services were managed by another company and it was a little complicated to use them, so I didn't bother. After all I lost something short of 20 $ and it was my mistake. The panel wasn't very clear, but I could have got it right if I was more careful.

2) I registered a domain for a competitive price and I also tried to buy other various services but the system wasn't working. I got e-mails telling me that the transaction didn't go through, Well, never mind I thought.
Unfortunately my card was debited in a weird way.
Something like adding my requests for the services one on top of the other even though they didn't go through!
I then tried to contact live help as they suggest as the priority support service, it didn't work (got disconnected) and so I opened a ticket. after a few days I had to ask live chat to get someone to look after my pending support ticket and Tamarah kindly forwarded the ticket to the billing department.
The first reply I got was about checking better my statement, and that made me worry, but I reopened the ticket with accurate details about what happened and my credit card statement and this morning I got a reply that says that they're sorry and that my account will get a refund (nearly 140 $.

3) Live chat usually works well, I have some stats:
the first time I waited 2 minutes
the second 5 minutes
the third 8 minutes
the fourth 20 minutes
the fifth I got disconnected
the sixth I waited 3 minutes

More or less.
Also more or less the problems were all solved, they were all kind and efficient, and they knew english well enough.

So I'm quite happy with them.

(The only thing is that I'm actually going to wait for the refund to hit my account (they say several days!), I might have to come back and change my opinion! We'll see...)

Hi Bashar, nice to see you!

I tried signing up for some services, but the transaction didn't go through. I received an automatic e-mail from them informing me of the failure, so I tried again but with no success.
On the following day I did the same, and the same happened. The only thing was that the order was a little different.
Again I tried to buy the services of the first day and of the second day altogether, but again no success.
I always got e-mails confirming that the sale didn't go through, so I just gave up.
Before all that and afterwards, I did buy successfully some services, but my credit card was debited not only for the successful ones but also for the failed attempts.
At the end of the day I bought 2 services but paid for approx 18 !!!
Of course it was a system failure and after the first reply to my ticket asking for more details they acknowledged the error and promised a full refund, which I think I'm happy with.
The only problem is they said i might have to wait SEVERAL days and I'm not too sure what they mean by that!
I'll ask live support in a few days...
What do you think Bashar?
I know it's not that clear but if you want I'll tell the story all over again!

best option is to contact billing and explain it, such problems happen with any company and billing revise the transations and refund the wrong ones :)

Yes, that happened and that's one of the reasons why I posted a thread in favour; errors do occur it's just that some businesses won't acknowledge the mistake and won't do enough to help the customer.
Now it's only that 'SEVERAL' days that makes me worry but I'll let you know how it goes...

PS: the redirection service hasn't been working for some days and it's not the first time, but you get what you pay for....

Thanks hostcheap!
Although from Europe I'd rather use the other support options.

Thanks for the tip again!

Yes, they are another great company with a lot of tools, and lots of reseller friendly options.....

However, I'm always discouraged by them because their site takes time on my browser : )
I guess it's ASP or NT hosting. One of the 2 and I'm far away from most sites like that....

But great company nevermind my silly excuse.... If it wasn't Enom, who knows : )
