I am interested in starting my very own web hosting company. Can you tell me what you think of http://www.liveplanets.com . The plans look pretty good but I'm new at this and I want someone else's opinion.

I was interessted in this company too because the prices are great, I think.
And if spamming boards is the only thing they do wrong, I don't think that it's an argument against them...

My god there TOS is hidden on the bottom of the page in a frame, and when you click it, It opens in the frame..... and guess what its a 404 not found page .........

I haven't signed up for anything yet. But I am still considering them though.

You are better off finding a better host than waste your time on them. I know cheap price are very attractive, but believe me, when you get burn, it cost you more than just the what you saved.

I usually get very suspecious when I sent a host an email and they haven't reply in 12 hours. Maybe I am over-reacting, but only this way that I could make sure I put my money into worthy service.

I was once like you, always hoping the cheap hosts could somehow impress me. But finally I have given up on waiting; its better spend your time on anything else than waiting for a cheap/bad host to show sign of improvement.

Don't forget, if anything goes wrong you will have every customer you have nagging you, if not sueing you :)

Go for someone with a reputable name and a good track-record, and make up with difference in cost through your customers.

You don't want someone else tarnishing your name, especially if you are just starting out.
