Is there such a thing?
I work for the local Boys & Girls Club (http://www.hbgc.org) and we always have trouble getting new and updating pop email accounts.
Everything is done through a consulting company (http://www.supplyguys.net), who I personally think are ripping us off.
If it could be done, and is available, could a pop control panel be installed on our website, which they host as well.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Sammy

By the way. Our hosting package does not include a control panel feature.

ONe more thing.
Would QMail be an option.

Have you asked them if they can provide that kind of solution for you? If not, and if you really need that ability, maybe you should consider another host -- one that you won't feel you are being ripped off by. A high percentage of the hosts on WHT and on the internet offer and support what you are looking for in some form or another.

Qmail + qmailadmin would definitely be a solution if your host supports it.

The problem with that is that we can't.
Under the beuracratic system we have here, we cannot use any other company for our tech needs. It's not a contract but our president feels he must use this company to give thanks, because of the contibutions the company owner has given.
How much are we looking to spend on something like this?

Are we talking a dedicated server here? Perhaps I'm not understanding the situation here. Are you on shared hosting and would like to add/remove pop accounts on it with ease (web interface or something) or are you on a dedicated server with the free will to install anything you want?
If your site is on a shared server, you need to talk to them about supporting what you need.
If your site is on a dedicated server and you are free to install anything you want, I would (personally) go with qmail + qmailadmin. Both are free and if you can find someone to install it for you for free, you're all set. If not, see if your tech company will install it and what they charge.
But then again, maybe I'm misunderstanding the whole situation. :)

I believe we're on a shared server so I guess I would have to ask the techs to do it.
We have no control over the pop accounts that's the problem.
If I were able to get a new host that would be the best solution.

Yea, if it's a shared server, you definitely have to talk with the administrators of it to find out how to add and remove pop accounts yourself without their help. If they "happen" to run QMail, have them install qmailadmin for you (www.inter7.com).
Good luck. :)
