Last night I went into WHM and clicked the Update Apache link to add support for GD. It solved the problem I was after but created a new one. Now whenever I go to any of the account's Cpanel via http://www.mydomain.com/cpanel/ I get the following error:

"Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@forumproject.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request."

Any idea how to fix this one? Thanks for any help you can give me.

I know this was an issue when a security patch was released. Did you update Cpanel to latest release? This was supposed to fix aliases, for example /cpanel and /whm

Run /scripts/upcp then /scripts/easyapache and that will fix it.

I just did both of your suggestions but I'm still getting the error. Check out www.forumproject.com/cpanel/

Any ideas?

Yeah, it's RE3. Did you have the same problem?

Anybody know how I can get it fixed?
