I am running in to a weird problem with Horde Webmail and cPanel. I can access my webmail through horde fine if I get to it via http://domain.com:2095 but if I access it through cPanel then I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: _() in /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config/registry.php on line 86

is this with only one cpanel skin or with all skins?

Do open /usr/local/cpanel/base/horde/config/registry.php and check its line 86 and you'll probably get the answer.
