Hi.
First off I'd like to say how much I really enjoy this bored. Everyone is generally quite friendly and seems to all help eachother in one way or another.

Now I have recently started a business, Lightning Hosts, and so far we have been quite succesful. We started off hosting game servers for popular online games (counter-strike, Tribes 2, etc) Anyways we always had in mind to host websites and email as well. This is a much better soultion to keeping the business alive especially since hosting game servers takes up so much bandwidth which is so hard to find a good rate.

Anyways I am just wondering if anyone could give me a few places where I could find the most effective advertising for website hosting. No one can purchase your service if they do not know about it right?

I am also interested in finding multiple colocating centers. Any suggestions on any locations that offer high quality service with good prices?

Anyways I am open to any suggestions one may have so feel free to post any tips you may have ;) .

You should nuke the bolded text since I don't think you have a sig yet, and that would be considered advertising, since your knew, you should maybe look at the Rules (http://www.webhostingtalk.com/misc.php?s=&action=forum-rules)

Welcome to the board.

Use the search function of this board to find out about advertising.

As for your website, you should post it in the reviews forum. IMO, that font is all it took for me to leave your site.

As prohacker says, take that bit at the bottom out. You aren't allowed to advertise your own services on the general

I KNOW i have seen a site very similar with the same layout, but it was blue. Is it a template?

Thanks I just read the rules. Sorry wasn't meaning to advertise.
Anyways I know there are some things with the site that are a little off taste (i.e text) Any suggestions on good styles or colours to use?

Also that design is a template to a certain extent. Our webmaster for our site cut out certain parts of the template and put it wiht everything else.

Also thanks for the replies. It just occured to me to use the search feature :-P.

Thanks.
