In need of a custom programming 4k or less budget
hi,
I have a project that I'm bidding that involves development of a custom application for a small bank (cooperative bank)in my area. This project has to be done by a spanish speaker programmer. the applicant must live on the continental USA and be an expert in PHP, security and have knowledge of banking procedures.
