How are the .biz and .info domain names doing?

Anyone actually visit any sites with those extensions?

Anyone own any .biz or .info domains? .. Please feel free to list them.

Funny enough I hadn't even thought about it till now, but no, I don't think I've been to a single biz or info domain yet. Hmm, maybe there was an info one a while back.

Still it's very early days for those extensions. Compared to the millions of .com/org/net's it'll take a while before they start to show up I would imagine.

Err, and no, don't own any of them, nor plan to :)

No haven't seen one. I guess most .info or .biz domains are registered by the owners of the same domain with the .com or .net extension.

I find it rather confusing for visitors if you have an .info or somebody else his .com. Many visitors won't realize this and will be ending up at the .com site.

I never even thought about it tell now, but no I dont think I have been to one eather.

What about the .ws domains? If those ever become big I'm a millionair ;)

I've sold 1 .biz (and host it) and I host another .info

The .biz took an aggravting long time to propagate (Thursday registered, Tuesday began propagating). Dunno if this a .biz/.info thing or just bad luck on that particular registration.

Registered about 8 or so .info names. 0 .biz
.info seems slightly more popular then org but .com is still the number one in the world by far.

.TV seems to be picking up speed with TV stations now...

The New York Metropolitan Transit Authority, which is in charge of all the trains and buses here in New York City, has a new URL - mta.info.

That is the only .info URL I see in use so far.

I own a couple of .info, .biz, and .tv. domains - mainly just to keep them out of the hands of competitors (I operate several regional news websites).

I haven't been to a single .biz or .info site. I've gone to one .ws site (worldsite.ws) only to look at the price of the domain I wanted, laugh heavily, and then return to browsing through .com/net/org domains.

I went to a .FM, space.fm
