Shop around though! There's resellers who sell the same servers from those places as well.

Their support is extremely horrible, and their techs caused my server there to be down for a total of 33 hours. The first two times, they had screwed up the initial install of the server, and when the server crashed, nobody was around for hours who could do a manual fsck. The second time, they unplugged the server as they thought it was being attacked, forgot to plug it back in after 15 minues, resulting in a 15 hour downtime until someone realized that my server was unplugged only after a reboot didn't bring it back online.

I was referring to just them in general, not support! I've heard to stories of Managed though....yet they all have their own problems.
