I do not like Infinet Hosting. :angry: Oh sure, I liked them when I was still their customer, but when I cancelled my account with them in January 2001, they seem to have stopped their nice customer service. They advertise a money-back guarantee if one cancels within 90 days of activation. I only had my account for 30 days. Yet here I sit, almost a year later STILL trying to get my money back.

I keep emailing them, but they keep not responding. I tried calling them, but I always get put on hold until I'm disconnected while they try to find someone to help me. Finally, I got through to someone today and they tell me they never received my cancellation letter. That's what they said in September, too. One missing cancellation letter I can accept. But TWO??? That just seems like more than a coinky-dink to me.

Yes, so my point is, be wary of Infinet Hosting.

It really pisses me off how some hosting companies try to get away with the money back guarantee. I can't believe they wouldn't refund your money. I mean you spoke with a live person on the phone, don't they have any records of your emails or phone conversations.

For all those hosts that provide service such as this, please be aware you will have many many upset customers and will sooner or later go out of business.

Try to provide honest business and good support. Customers should be your number 1 priority since they are your biggest marketing tool, especially if you are just starting out.

I guess I will never use Infinet Hosting. Cross that off my list of reliable hosts.
