Hi Guys,

I'm having a painful time with Onetohost or One2host web hosting, and wodered if anybody else is having these problems too.

They changed servers recently, now I can

* nolonger access email.
* Can't access the control panel.
* Make support requests, and they are closed without resolving the problems.
* They hide behind a ihelp process, and do not seem interested in speaking with you to resolve problems.

Let me say, that there old system seemed to work ok, but I just find their whole approach to support arrogant, and un helpful.

Is anybody else expereincing problems with this hoster?

I don't host with them. Nor do I know anyone that does.
But, I will say that, server migration can be a taxing process.

Hi,
Thanks! Yes I apreciate that it can be a problem migrating servers, but I think if you are clear with customers, and act promptly to respond to customers problems, and really fix their problems then this can be a good time to establish a good relationship with your customers.

Either Onetohost don't get this, or they just don't have the technical, or social capabilities to manage a hosting service.

Expired certificates, poor performance, poor of none response to support requests, indicates the latter at present.

Thanks
Ray

That "100 best hosts" link site must be outdated, cause I don't know how in the hell HostRocket got up there.

Try doing a search here for reputable hosts. There are many out there.
