Seems enom pool (no pun intended) of registrars is growing ..

never saw a domain being snapped via register.com so far.

but if they do it would be enom since they work with each others, like using their PDQ software etc..

I still have yet to see a register.com reseller

who would resell for ~$20/name cost ? lol
