After deciding what servers to get. Now comes what people to hire.
Since my -future- company will target local clients only whom are owners of business firms (i.e: less headache) I was thinking to emply one person other than me, he will be taking care of the server (i.e: sys admin) and I will be organizing and doing the rest...
What do you think?
WHT members, for once I thought I will never use the "Running a Web Hosting Business" forum, but with your help I am reaching my goals, thank you so much.

That's not a bad idea. While you're at it, I would make sure that your systems admin has good people skills too, so that he can provide tech support to your clients as well. Another idea would be to outsource your support. Many outsource support companies also provide systems admin services, and it might be a more affordable route to take for a new business starting out.

A server admin wouldn't be a bad idea but you need to find the right person to do that job. Probably better for him or her to be local as well

Hiring a server admin just for one server would be using a sledge hammer to crack a peanut. I'd suggest looking into a server management company (such as Rack911 or Angel.)

The reason where I don't really tend to care much for my support is because I will be providing my service for local clients whom own business firms, so a business owner would not log on to check my support system and ask me questions, infact he would probably call me at my office since its faster and more convinient.
To be honest and regarding the company that provides managed servers, I think its better to hire one single person, since you can at least share personel communication (rather than having a straight connection with different people) I hope you see my point.
Thank you very much folks for your support. I so much appreciate it.
