As you may or may not have read we now need a new web site for our business. Our current one (which we paid for) we just found out belongs to someone else. The web designer stole the design of someone then charged us for it. So because of this we are now offering this to anybody who wants it. All we need is a template. Anyone who is willing to design a template for us, we will give them any hosting package they want (From the ones available from our site of course). Is this mean if you get web site designed from some designer,
then, you are responsible to check if it's stolen or not?

plain text and nothing else.

How can we know what hosting packages we get when they're not listed on your site ? :)

All the standard stuff
5 Domains Allowed on package

I think it is time to learn PhotoShop.

I'm very interested in that package, but have 2 questions regarding your proposal:

1) Are you going to select a designer on his/her portfolio and then give them the job, or is this a contest-like offer where the best design gets the deal?

2) For how long will we be able to use the package (without paying)?
