I am wondering if anyone has seen a site integrated version of Kayako? Everyone I have seen uses their standard theme or just the header modified. If you know of one I would be interested in seeing the link to it.

i dont know if you can actually modify the theme other then the header/footer to be honest. There are alot of sites that use kayako with modified header/footer.

We have a complex system setup which also works in conjunction with a program called Nagios... you would be best off using the script monster123 posted ;)
