I want to ask anyone about this os. Can this os operate hosting without clash in one server? I mean is that any idea how to use linx and windows nt in server without restart?

Dun think u can even operate them together in 1 server, with or without restart.....

You could run Virtual PC or something like that but EWWW it would be slow

or setup VPS software to load both.

or something like WINE to load windows applications in Linux.

But if you don't have experience in this, it would be best to just keep them on seperate servers.

Also, a dual boot can be used to load either OS on the same server, but only one can be running at a time. If it's just used for you, I guess it could work, but if there's other clients it would be very tricky.

How can i get virtual pc? Is it ok to run in Pentium Xeon Dual Processor? Slow or not?

Virtual PC is an emulation program, and certainly not recommended for this type of use.

VMWare is multiplexing monitor system, and probably what you're looking for.
