Before I set up my resume I'll tell you what the catch is. I have a new hosting company and I'm looking to build up a bit of a client list. I'm offering free PHP/MySQL in exchange for a client.

Now to clear a few things up when i say free PHP/MySQL work it could include any of the following:
- Installing scripts
- Modifying scripts to add a hack or modification
- Free hacks for users that use vBulletin (I will make the hack that you request)
- Free sites (Maybe a humor script so you can set up your own joke site) <--- My own script and not anybody elses.
- Your idea (Maybe you'd like your site to run on templates)
- PHP/MySQL modification for faster loading (Where applicable. If you're using a script that's been made to perfect then I guess not much I can do)
- PHP/MySQL tutorial (if you ever wanted to learn how to program, I can teach you until you get to a point where you passed basics (basics include pulling stuff out of MySQL, formating it, etc..))

These are the options that you can get. You can of coruse get more then 1. (Depending on which one). You could get any combination of the above as long as it's reasonable. People who pre-pay for a year could get all of the above and more.
