INTENSEinfo.com has had much sucess over the past 2 years and will continue forward, but is looking to part from some of our virtual hosting accounts.

As president, and CEO, our dedicated and reseller divsions will continue to grow at great rates, but our business plan has changed.

We are considering offers to slowly sell our virtual hosting accounts to a solid and well respected company.

We have 4 virtual servers and are currently looking to sell 1 of them

The revenue on that is as follows

150 accounts
100 paid annually = 15k
quarterly income about 5k through out the year
monthly totally about 5 k throughout the year

We have 4 similiar servers like this on top of 4 reseller servers and 19 dedicated servers under managment.

We are looking for fair market value and not a total buy out.

As I said, our company is not going anywhere but shifting business models a little. We will continue to provide the most elite support and top notch reseller and dedicated server plans.

One of the major reasons for the sale of this particular server is in February most of the annuals will start to renew, which would be benefical to what ever company picks up these accounts.

Also we currently have gotten some bids, but would like to publicly announce it here as well.

Just so people know and I will continue to repeat this, our company is fincially fine, and is not going anywhere, just a little restructuring...
