I need a php/mysql coder to do some work related to Drupal.

In a nutshell I need the following:

Drupal installed

The following mods installed:
Article
Bookmarks
Event
Image
Menus
Navigation
Notify
Privatemsg
Project
quote
Remindme
Subscriptions
Urlfilter
webform
Weblink

Then I will need some customizations of the mods above and potentially some new mods created, we will see after the installation takes place how they look and what needs to be changed to meet my specs.

I need the installation and changes to be well documented as well. This may lead to recurring work in the future when I need to upgrade Drupal. This setup will need to be easily transferrable to other domains (essentially we create a "template" Drupal setup the way I want it then we install it on other domains).

I would be willing to split this project into 2, one to do the original install with the mods and another project to do the required customizations.
