you can get them cheap off of ebay. i got a black, 300 watt 1u with 300 watt power supply for $145 INCLUDING shipping. new, from manufacturer. i think they regret that auction cause their starting bids are way higher now though.

We have used rackmountpro.com a couple times, they are pretty good.

I've also used rackmountpro.com a couple of times, and they are very good. Cheap shipping (around $17) and they are very prompt with processing orders. I'd definitely suggest them!

You may want to check out http://www.servercase.com a Kri Computer company. They have very good prices on server cases (including 1u,2u,3u,4u etc) and also offer redundant power supplies.

I was just impressed when we placed an order for some 2U units and a sales guy called us back to ask the motherboard type (we used Tyan SCSI motherboards) and PCI type (rised cards may vary depending on PCI type, for example, 32-bit 33Mhz and 64-bit 66Mhz ).
