Does anybody know, please, which Adult Host provides the most bullet proof set of Terms and Conditions - to protect them against whatever.

Terms and conditions are great, but are not and will never be bulletproof. Especially with adult hosting, you tread on unsure ground. If you are serious about getting a decent agreement, consult a lawyer because if you mess up, a whole lot more is at stake. You want to make sure that you have solid provisions and practices to protect yourself the best you can.

This will probably also be affected by area in which you live in as laws will vary from state to state and country to country.

probably, you will need to search around for some offshore hosts.... but then again, they charge a lot for traffic...

The ISP with the most bullet proof terms and conditions is Havenco (http://www.havenco.com) based out of Sealand (http://www.sealandgov.com). Aside from not allowing spam their AUP allows you to pretty much do anything you want.
