Hello, I was wondering what in your opinion is the BEST control panel for windows? I've used Cpanel (as a client) and it was pretty good, but does it support windows?

cPanel does not support windows at this time, there are plans to do such but that is in the VERY long term. As for which is the best, I do not have any idea because I have stayed entirely with linux.

Helm and enism seem to be the most popular.

I like HELM.

Not so hot on the "automation" part of it though. I like how cPanel is just a control panel, nothing else built in.

I prefer hosting controller, I think the best way is to really get a copy 30 day copy for hosting controller , try it out see if it is suitable for u. U wont be disappointed.
