I've been trying to get a refund on my premium accounts since the day after I ordered it.. A MONTH AGO .. what was promissed was not delivered (rss related) and no one will reply.

Someone please contact me. I've received your shirt/pad and it is post marked after my first few requests for a refund.. I want to send it back because of that.. its all still in its original package.

Hey Jason,

Long time since I have spoken to you, back in the old MCHost days :)

Your best bet to contact iNET is via http://my.inetinteractive.com or email Lenny at lenny.hihath@inetinteractive.com and he may be able to help you.

You can however find full details about the RSS feed here http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=240141

All the best! :)

Chris

Hi. I've emailed their support and sales a few times and they have not replied once.

I needed the rss feeds a month ago.. they were not delivered until yesterday.. and I no longer need them. I want my refund which I requested after I first payed.

Email all these 24 hours ago, no replies yet.

'lenny.hihath@inetinteractive.com'
'gabriel.murphy@inetinteractive.com'
'sales@inetinteractive.com'
'support@inetinteractive.com'

No surprise as I haven't got a reply in the LAST MONTH from any of my emails that I have sent.

i'd say replace the @ with [at] or something to avoid spiderbots from collecting their emails and spam them

Is there a chance that you've got a spam filter that's catching their emails? I don't know any of those people or anything but it would seem odd that you'd have this much trouble getting a response.

I was considering going to premium, but seeing this user having so much trouble getting responses has steered me away. Good going Inet.

Not to get off-topic here, but Samuel, don't you think that's a bit unfair? The majority of members are satisfied, and it's unfortunate this one did not turn out well, but that's no reason to be steered away from premium membership, or doing business with iNet in general.

weeps isn't consider a small time player here, if you knew him you would understand my disapointment with Inet's unresponsiveness based on his comments. Unfair? I think the lack of response is unfair, rochen knows him, in fact a lot of people here started their businesses through weeps help (HTTPme), Rochen Hosting benefited by contact with him etc, he is a clandestine user =) Inet should wake up and sort this, unless they already have which is why weeps' post holds a lot of merit for me. Howdy Chris (Rochen) =)

My point wasn't taking into account who it was, but rather that it was just the exception and not the rule here. I understand what you are saying Samuel, and all due respect to you and weeps. :)

I sincerely hope it gets sorted out soon!

No worry, this thread has been around for awhile, I dont understand the amount of delay? Do you? In an "Instant industry" where eveyryhing is wanted yesterday, its odd that the network for this forum is not resolving this? Isn't that ironic? haha

I wonder how many haven't seen this at the bottom of the /premium.php page?
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All memberships are non-refundable. Once you sign-up for a membership, you will automatically renew at 3, 6, or 12 month intervals, based on your membership selection, unless you cancel your account in my.inetinteractive.com prior to your renewal date.

umpff, so if i like make offer: dual xeon 4 TB bandwidth for 100 $ and write all payments are non-refundable i get to keep the money even if i just give them non working servers?

I think that if the goods/services are not delivered as they were promissed a refund should be issued as it's can be conisedered "to keep it low" at least as false advertising (could be that I'm wrong and that's not the way it is done in the US law)

Please keep your facts to yourself unless you have proof.

There is a thread in the premium section called 'will you renew'.

A quick recap on this thread:

Premium Membership;
Will renew = 12 and some of these were maybe's
Will not = 23

Leads Membership;
Will renew = 5
Will not = 24

Therefor the majority are not satisfied.

weeps, considering that it's the weekend, you need to give iNet a couple of business days. I sent a query into them on Friday, I don't expect to hear from them until Tuesday. I know you're frustrated, just asking that you allow them the time needed. We're all human, we can't all run 24/7, though some of us try. :)

I've been waiting a month... I have given them time...

You can always ask your bank or credit card company to issue a charge back if they refuse, since you received lack of services. I just hope that if you do, you won't get banned.
