everytime i eat one of my dads bloody salads i find a bug crawlin over the plate!!! no 1 else but me !!! arggh i almost puked :( thats it no more salads!!

Flies and bugs are usually attracted to blood. Perhaps asking your Dad to leave the blood out of the salad would reduce the amount of bugs in it?

Either tell your dad to learn how to clean vegetables, or simply ignore it. Let's take meat for example. You eat steak, do you ever think about the cow? Do you feel like throwing up when you think you are eating a cow? If not, why do you feel like throwing up when you think about eating a tiny caterpillar? And come on, most bugs are good for you. They contain many nutrients that can help you grow.

Because ive been brought up to eat those foods :)
