If I know the IP address of a current surfer who is online, is there a way to determine the surfer's netbios or PC's name.

I know I've come across a web page that would automatically scan an IP address and give you the full details of the scanned PC including the host name, OS, etc.. does anyone remember the URL

i find CIS (Cerberus Internet Scanner) good for finding out much of the information you ask for.

Its also good for plugging holes in open shares which many windows 9x users seem to accidentally leave open.
