Well it's been weeks since TechNOhosts sold all of their share customers to ADEHost. And they STILL have not provided the necessary information to ADEHost to finalize the transfer. I called technohosts to see why this has not been done and of course I get no answer. But the message says for an immediate response send e-mail to info@technohosts.com. Well I got an immediate response alright:

These guys are truly unethical. Even after completely mismanaging their shared customers, they still can't focus themselves to see that the tranfer to a new hosting company proceeds smoothly.

There have been quite a few of these threads lately, if you do a search real quick you will see that you are not alone.

Have you tried contacting ADEHost support directly. They have been very helpful in ensuring that everything is set up properly. To my understanding, the only information that Technohosts provided was the domain name. You have to correct your DNS data yourself. All of your data has to be reuploaded to the new ADE Host server, so hopefully you have backups.

BTW, the DNS numbers TH provided were incorrect. ADEHost will provide you with correct DNS numbers. Just drop the a line.

ADEHost were the ones that suggested I contact TH. And thanks for the DNS note. I set them up based on what technohost provided.

And I agree with your evaluation of ADEHost. So far they have been very responsive to this issue. It just seems that technohosts is the one holding things up.
