I am looking for a script that will monitor many servers at once. It will check for as many or as few ports as I want (edited via a static file, or in a database doesn't matter). I would also like the administrator to see all of the servers, but the individual users to just see their servers. Lastly if it could check this every 15 minutes or so and log the information that would be great. Thank you.

Nagios looks good, I just wish it had individual customer login.

with nagios, you can allow individual users to login and only see servers that you want them to see.
