Maybe someone already answered to these questions but I haven't found it with the search engine   :

1) What does it mean "burstable bandwidht"?

2) I plan to register 100 domains in the next year.. I've searched around and I would like to use stargateinc.com (if you have any suggestion tell me..). How it works? I put the money on the account and I have a control panel to register the domains on my own?

Thanks for your help!!

Marco :)

Burstable just means that your connection speed isn't capped (limited) under what the hardware (and the line itself I suppose) can handle.

burstable bandwidth basically means there is no set limit on the rate at which traffic can flow to and from your site/server. During peak hours you may have a higher flow of data being requested than off peak hours. Burstable bandwidth makes sure that your are not shut off when your site hits a limit or cap.

Stargate's really easy to work with.
Not sure if you're talking about obtaining a reseller's account though; or bulk account.

Not sure if you're talking about obtaining a reseller's account though; or bulk account.

that's the point. On their website I just found:

BULK ACCOUNTS
Registering more than 50 domains? Get a bulk account. Contact bulksales@stargateinc.com today for special discounts

but no other infos.. so I would like to know if anybody used it.

Thanks

Marco
