I'm willing to pay 45-65 per hour for someone to create a PHP module for me for modernbill. This is going to be for Card Services. They currently don't have a Module for this Merchant Account So I was told that I would need to create one. If anyone is interrest please PM me and let me know.

Um, Modernbill has a Linkpoint module... CardService Intl.'s gateway.

If you have a merchant account with CardService, use Linkpoint and the MB gateway for it. It will work fine.
