Do any of you have trouble viewing code from pages?
I try right-clicking and selecting view source and nothing.
I go to the view menu and select source and nothing.

I'm running Win2K.

I'm running Windows2000 on this machine too. Same problem, but with IE 5

I've run IE5 and 6 on Win 2000, and never had a problem. Perhaps it's one of the service packs or something like that?

IE 6 here and no problems other than the occasional crash. I really hate that "send to microsoft" thing they've added.

This might be out of context but I am having another type of IE6 problem. I am getting A LOT of error pages where IE has to restart. How do I stop this? I gets really anoying if I'm doing something.

Yep...that's what I was saying. It's driving me nuts too. I've formatted and reinstalled IE6 (Win98SE). Still no dice.

What the heck is it then?
I've been having to save the page to my hdd to see the code. It's really buggin' me.

But I hardly ever get crashes. I don't know what's up with that.

You wouldn't perhaps have MS Frontpage installed? I have IE 6 and wasn't having any problems with it, then I installed frontpage 98 and then whammo crashes galore.

Crashes! That's the only problem I'm having since upgrading to IE6.

Although it seems to be stabilising now and only happens once in a blue moon.

to add to the mix, no issues with view source under IE6, and no crashes. I get some serious lock-ups with it though.. freezes solid every now and then and takes a flick of the switch to make it better
