Depending on the complexity of the program you are looking to have built is how I wage how much I will charge. For the most part, $15/hr for simple scripts, and anywhere from $30-45/hr for complicated and hourly intense programs. I'm very experienced with Perl and PHP, so waging the hourly rate as well, expect fewer hours, as I know how to build programs faster than novince programmers.
