Though I'd start a new topic on this instead of try to continue it in another thread as an off-topic off-shoot. We are always looking at potential new software, and the following points about MB were made in another thread that seemed to be alarming as far as a billing solution goes. Thoughts from the MB gurus and users?
invoices are not created for the proper amounts some times (this one was pretty major!)
can't pay for multiple invoices at once
can't recharge declined credit cards
no billing for miscellaneous services
half the features cause major billing mistakes like coupons or package options
changing/upgrading/downgrading plans can cause big accounting mistakes
no domain management for people who sign up with domain names
customers can only order 1 item, otherwise confusing billing occurs
no way to give credits invoices due
