Hi,
I am looking for a reseller hosting plan (5-7GB) windows and 3-4GB Linux. The main thing is i will need to have the support taken care by the provider. I will not be passing all the questions ofcourse but i need where they can directly answer my customers so they do not have to wait for me to pass the answer.

Ans also they should remain behind the curtains.

I think you might find that hard or near impossible to do.
If your upstream handled your support directly to your client how would you expect them to remain "behind the curtains"?
Im sure something like this you would need to email your provider and ask for these special provisions.
Most of the time of course you would be the one receiving support and in turn you support your clients.
Good Luck

Martie is correct as usual. It's going to be a hard task to find many resellers like this. I might suggest looking at an outsourcing company or emailing the provider as she suggested above to find what you need.

I know a company that does it for linux based but finding windows and linux provider that will do it I doubt it.

What sort of support do you want them to offer? Just email?

There are a few hosts that may offer their flash tutorials etc that your customers could use, but not sure about email - I'm sure someone would do it if you asked but it could be expensive.

What you are looking for is basically a turnkey reseller solution, and while some hosts offer it, they do not support dual platforms. Most of those that I've seen only support Linux.

Your best option will be to get a reseller account from a host who offers both platforms, and outsource your support to another company.

Actually, www.hostopia.com does offer full support on both Unix and Windows for their resellers. Done thru a third party generic brand.

It is out there. You might have to pay more for it but it is possible.

Good luck.
