If you ever experience any issues with SM/TP accounting I have a recommendation that the minute you know it is taking place you call them. Then do not leave a message, do not get off the phone until you have spoken to someone in accounting or someone else who has the ability to handle it and you know for fact they have this ability.
Although we now have a permanent resolution to the problem we experienced it has done damage. A communications breakdown basically occured and what should have been resolved via Ticket on June 2nd wasn't explained to us until June 9th which has caused major issues.
So, as I said, if you have a problem with accounting go ahead and open a ticket. But I would not wait past 24 hours to get a response. If it goes over 24 hours then call them and do not get off the phone until you have the situation resolved.
FYI, we at least have a resolution for the future that will solve all of our issues with accounting, so we will be remaining with SM/TP because of thier servers/support/bandwidth. If we had not recieved this resolution we were looking at other options.
Sincerely,
