How does the rollover bandwidth work, does it expire after a certain time?

We don't offer Dual Opterons as standard servers. We can do any server you would like, but they do require contracts if they are not on our list of standard servers. PM me if you are interested.

As far as rollover bandwidth goes, you always have rollover bandwidth, but it expires after 3 months. We just take the bandwidth that you didn't use from your quota and add it on to the following months quota. Let me know if you have any more questions.

Greetings,
A ram upgrade to 512 would be $10/month more -- I will temporarily waive any setup fees for ram.
