A friend of mine is hosting with Burlee and has noticed that there is another folder in their web space that they did not notice before. It is above their named space and as Burlee doesn't offer a unique IP to everyone they resolve by name. This other folder does not contain the usual webtrends site statistics folder. In the past when this happened Burlee support, the support said to delete the other folder and to pay them a fee to change the password. This folder was deleted and the password changed and now it has happened again. What can my friend do or should do?

One question,
why did he pay a fee for changing the password?

Well it seems that Burlee has a fee for everything, they really nickel and dime their customers. For this it was $9.95 because Burlee requires it's tech's to re-configure the account. It is a lot for a few simple steps in IIS.
