I don't think putting Freddy from Nightmare on Elm Street on their site http://www.ippro.com/reseller.htm was the best idea ever, but no I have not heard anything bad about them.

It could be a Freudian slip, or they meant Nightmare on Web Site.

Wow, I had not noticed that. Here's the thing. I just moved there. Last thursday. I had my domain transferred. I had always accessed my DN without the http://www. in front of it. Since moving, sometimes it's accessible that way and sometimes not. When I tell them, voila` a hour later it's working again. Does transferring an existing domain get sticky like that? I'd transferred from Namesecure. My account there shows the update as normal. I had to ask for the manual, like 3 times. They set my DN with .com instead of .net. Told them I wanted monthly basis, my account details show 12 month contract. I don't know what to think. Is is possible the 30 day money back is true?
Noooo, don't go with them. They offer the worst support. That is what I received. Check out their webpage, a bunch of dead links. Check out their support page, more "under construction" pages.
i would pack and move quick.

I think teck has some personal issues.. I have been dealing with webreseller.net for about a year now and have been very pleased. On occasion they are a little slow getting back, but they have gone completely out of their way many times for me. I currently have 3 dedicated servers with them and a advanced reseller account.. I have been to their office and theire NOC is located on site. I have no problems reccomending them.

I've been pleased with them as well. I think I jumped the gun a bit and didn't give them a chance. The problems afore mentioned have cleared, they're very responsive to my email and with tec support. They provid a good service. I would reccomend them as well
