yes there are some that offer it for less then $90 per month. You can purchase them in bulk and receive lower rates or if you are using a data center that offers discounted rates on the license. Several hosting companies offer that.

We like to use it for a server on a different NOC that not offer CPanel.
So we need to purchase license elswhere but only for 1 server at this time.

I want to offer my dedicated server clients the option for cpanel/whm also, whats the lowest quote I can offer them?

I cant give figures or promise x number of licences monthly.

There are too many control panels out there that Pi$$ on Cpanel for les than $90/mo.
