As I understood on that excat day, there was a chopper that landed into the Pentagon, not a plane. But I guess I was wrong. Anyway, it seems a bit strange.

I'm sure there's more than meets the eye ...

What is the source of the photo? Has the person been identified as one of the victims?

Are you certain it's not a photoshop altered image?

I believe it was classed as a fake a few years back (The picture). Something to do with the shadows and also I would expect to see some kind of blur with a plane aproaching at the speed it did. Also the camera would have been lucky to survive the colapse of the towers.

thought it might be fake, surely you wouldnt stand there while a plane is coming at you and take a photo, most people would run, was sent to me by a friend a few weeks back not sure where she got it from

And yes, it was classified as false, one reason is because the plan is coming from the wrong angle, the plan never flew into the building in that direction.

Although the picture is a fake so it does not really matter.

But....one stairwell was still open after impact so if it was real and they were extremely lucky they could have made it out. Either that or jumped like many did.

Those that jumped made a decision about how they were going to die. Do you want to die instantly or chance burning to death or being crushed by the rubble.

That picture was proved fake a few months after September 11th. There was a whole website devoted to pictures of him being copied and pasted into The Oklahoma City Bombing, Pearl Harbor, Hiroshima, Godzilla attacking Tokyo, etc. Its gone now.

How does Godzilla fit in there? Godzilla wasn't real...

I dunno about you guys, but I was in Washington... and there was a plane. and there are about a million people who can tell you that a plane crashed into the WTC.

I'm not sure who started spreading that rumor, to be honest this is the first I have heard it (although I assume you meant Pentagon instead of WTC)

There is video of the plane crashing into the Pentagon so I am not sure why someone felt the need to create a "conspiracy theory" for that one. Some people have too much time on their hands I suppose.

By the time the smoke and water cleared, additional portions of the building had collapsed (below right), further obscuring the impact point.
That means that those pics where it shows a hole and where the plane couldnt have fit, is just stupid. That "hole" is only after debris from both sides fell in. Think of sand on a beach: if you stick your hand into a mountain of sand, and then stick it out, the sand will collapse in on where your hand was, right? There will sitll be a hole, but much smaller.

It was a joke website, after the pic was revealed to be fake(a few weeks after it was revealed)the humorous website surfaced poking fun at the fake pic. At first he was only copied into real disasters, but then they started putting him in movie disasters among other things. It was really funny.
