I'm looking for a strong PHP/MySQL developer, preferably one with experience in managing a web hosting business.

I've been working on a project now for about 4 months, and have come to realize it's never going to be completed without extra help.

I can't pay you anything, until the project is completed, launched and making money. You would be payed a monthly % of the profits based on how much you helped. (You can bet your ass this little project will make more than a few bucks).

I would be interested except that I'm not willing to work for free. Unless I am paid in a timely fashion with certainty, then it is impossible for me to put in the time and effort. If the project is "guaranteed" to make money, how come you don't take out a loan and pay for a programmer? isn't anybody willing to invest in it?

I'm pretty sure they already found someone ;)
