For those who have sites what do you analyze your logs with?

I use Sawmill, and occasionally webalyzer.

On a side note, how accurate are the stats calculated from a log? my stats are starting to scare me...

Why do they scare you? The stats are only as good as the logs, and they they all have their own method for counting things.

You stats could be way off if you have monitors running. For example, I have a monitor to make sure the web server is running. It runs every 5 minutes. That adds a few hunder extra hits per day.
