Hail all!

This summer, I've dedicating myself to the design and development of a client-staff software, although not limited to use for fellow hosting companies, but with them primarily in mind. The software will be at enterprise level, and will be sold on, anything between $100-$500, thats the last thing I'm worrying about.

I already have fairly substantial design documentation I've already done, and I'm going to be begin implimentation fairly soon. The system will be designed to handle your basic support and sales, intergration with payment processors, take plug-ins, easy layout editing, support other areas that at the momment I dont really want to disclose :D. There are also a number of things in each of the basic functions that will make this software very diverse, and powerful, as well as sercuity in mind.

The software will be developed in PHP, with Python in support if I deem it required, what I'm wanting to know is anything else other hosts or any internet services company would like to see in such software, and indeed if they are interested in such enterprise level software.

This may seems a little.. typical for this kind of post, but I seriously aiming to developing front line software for this industry to benefit from.
