FWIW, I think Qwest had a promotion: $.06 a minute, 1 second billing. You can't go wrong with any one of these carriers so you can base it on price.
Look for the cheapest rate as well as the shortest call-time increments.

I've got a 4.9 c/p/m with no monthly fee and 6-sec billing.

I've not moved to them yet, but the paperwork was submitted.

This kind of stuff is dime a dozen (like us hosting providers!) so look around, ask questions.

I can't stand the ones you listed (personally), especially MCI and would suggest you try http://powernetglobal.com/ (I've had them for some time and recently switched back after MCI promised one thing, and proceeded to screw up the entire account).

I agree that MCI is terrible.

We use AT&T at $0.065 cents a minute, and you can do everything online.

I use PowerNet Global. They charge 4.9 cents a min with 6 sec incruments.

Qwest has an offer this month if you want to try them its 250 min per month for $19.95 and 7 cents after that.

Ohhh, and for 800, I am almost positive that PNG uses Qwest, so it might be half a dozen of one...

PNG uses the same network as Qwest

However, Power Net Global doesn't seem to have a price listing on their site, which makes me suspicious. Go figure.

I don't think PNG is that in to signing up people from their website or directly...

The way I'm seeing it, they like to go through an agent program where they agree to pay people to sign up new customers.

I have a few 800 numbers through them, and have been quite pleased so far.

(Note: I am a PNG agent.)

Would you be able to point me in the direction of *some* pricing, just so I can get an idea?

I forgot exactly, but my last bill seems to be 4.5c/min. billed in 6 seconds., no monthly fee, though I think to get 4.5c I seem to remember there being a $15 min and if you didn't make that the fee was $2.50/mo, or you can get 6.5c no restrictions. Same for inbound 800. I might be a bit off, as this is mostly from memory.
