Hello, I am starting a web hosting company and am needing a way to charge credit cards. I was considering PayPal also because of their rates, but I don't want to force my costumers to sign up with them. In addition to general comments about either one (or possibly an alternative), please answer the following questions...
1. Do they support adjustments?
If a costumer adds/removes add-on services, can I adjust the recurring billing to reflect this? If not how do people handle this situation?
2. How fast are the cards charged?
3. Do the costumers know you are going through them?
4. Do either support "transparent" use? Where I create my own forms/scripts and then using an API or the like submit the data?
5. Do they offer support to the end-customer with billing issues?
6. I know of a site that uses 2checkout.com, anyone know a site I can look to see Revecom.com in action?
I'm sure there are other nitty gritties I'm not thinking of, so any information will be helpful!
Thanks,
Neofree
