It seems that 2checkout is having alot of problems lately, I have 1 recurring billing that is 4 days due and not yet billed and I have not received any payments from them for this month which is stated the payment had been released 1st December and it's 6th december now and I have not received the payment. Anyone else get the same problem with 2checkout ? I emailed them yesterday and have not heard anything yet from them.

I am thinking to switch over to revecom. How's the service and support at reves ?

We have received our 2checkout payments for the december 1 batch about 3 days ago, check your bank a/c details to make sure something is not wrong with your bank.

Regarding the recurring billing, quiet a lot of people have had that problem they say its due to the "overloaded" servers 2checkout has.

I'm using Revecom and 2checkout.
2checkout - good support, some server problems and browser compatibility issues.
Revecom - average support response time 2-3 days, some server problems (timeouts, ASP errors etc.).

I'm a new customer, and I'm starting to get a little PO'd.

They messed up my Nov 15th payment, and they owe me a grand for December 1 that still hasn't hit my account.

The regular payment cycles end on the 1st and the 16th of each month.

Payments due are compiled for release on the next business day. For example, although the first cycle for this month closed on Saturday, Dec 1, we could not release payment until Monday, Dec. 3.

We close the cycle no matter what day of the week it is but we have been unsuccessful in our attempts to make the banking institutions around the world work on weekends and holidays.

Average length of time for an ACH transfer is 2-4 business days.

Average length of time for wire transfer is 3-6 business days.

Check delivery times vary on the destination country's postal service efficiency.

We will not trace ACH or wire transfer until the maximum allowable number of days have passed. Manual verification of new accounts from a client services perspective can delay the initial payments issued to a seller.
